1. Full Refund

If a lesson is cancelled 4 or more hours before the scheduled time, a 100% refund will be issued.

2. Partial Refund

For cancellations made between 1 and 4 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the lesson fee will be refunded.

3. No Refund

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable.

We encourage students to plan their schedules carefully and notify us promptly if a cancellation is necessary. This policy helps us maintain fairness and efficiency for all our clients.
